Gestern konnte ich an meiner Ausstellung im Ortsmuseum in Neftenbach den ersten Quilt verkaufen. Es hat mich riesig gefreut, dass er nun ein neues zu Hause hat. Hier ist er:
Yesterday I could sell the first quilt at my exhibition in the museum in Neftenbach. It was a great pleasure that the little quilt found a new home. Here it is:

Immer wenn ich einen Quilt fertig habe, hätte ich noch tausend Ideen für weitere Werke, aber irgendwie, klappt es dann nicht so wie ich möchte. Was mache ich dann? Ich nehme Stoffreste, nähe diese zusammen und bereite "neue Stoffe" vor, die dann bei Gelegenheit in neue Täcschli genäht werden. Dies ist so ein Stoff😊
Always when I finished a quilt, I have thousands of ideas for more work but somehow it won't work out as I intend. Well, what am I doing then? I take scraps and sew them together for "new fabric" which then occasionally will be sewn into a new little bag. This is one of them:
Und dann ist mein Garten im Moment eine Pracht. Hier meine erste Pfingstrose dieses Jahr.
And then there is my garden which at the moment is beautiful. Here my first peony.
Schon wieder bin ich 1 Woche zu Hause von meinen herrlichen Näh-/Quilt-/Strick-/Wanderferien in Grindelwald. Gerne teile ich ein paar Fotos davon mit euch.
