Vom Ecoprintingkurs in Samnaun im Juli habe ich ein kleines Quiltli so mit nach Hause genommen.

Meistens werden in einem Kurs die Sachen nicht fertig und verschwinden dann irgendwann in der Versenkung. Das wollte ich natürlich nicht und habe nun das begonnene Kissen im Eco Printing Kurs bei Adelheid Risi fertiggestellt und urteilt selber... (mir gefällt es sehr gut 😀)
Mostly in a workshop your things aren't done and most of the time they get forgotten. That I didn't want and have the started cushion in the eco printing workshop with Adelheid Risi finished. Make your own opinion how it worked out.... (I like it 😀)
Heute vor einer Woche kam ich aus einer sehr inspirierenden Woche aus Samnaun nach Hause. Natürlich habe ich meine Stoffe gleich gewaschen und dann auch gebügelt und Fotos davon gemacht. 😀
A week ago I came home from an inspiring week in Samnaun. Of course I washed all my fabric and afterwards ironed them and made some pictures of it. 😀

Und schon ist die Woche wieder vorbei und wir sind zu Hause. Hier noch ein paar Impressionen und Werke von dieser Woche.

Und schon sind wir in der Hälfte der Kurswoche angelangt. Meine Teilnehmerinen arbeiten super und haben schon schöne Sachen kreiert.
And already the half of this quiltingweek passed. My Students did a great Job and have created nice Quilts.
Die letzten Vorbereitungen laufen und es hat immer noch Platz, also auch Kurzentschlossene können sich noch melden.
The last preparations are going and there are still some places left for the ones who decide they want to come.

Trudy und ich freuen uns sehr auf die Quiltwoche in Samnaun. Da sich einige für diese Kurswoche abgemeldet haben, hat es noch Platz für Kurzentschlossene vom 4.-10. Juli 2021. Die Vorbereitungen laufen heiss, d.h. sind zum Teil natürlich schon erledigt.
Trudy and myself are looking forward to the quilting week in Samnaun. Because some of the students did cancel their participation, we are glad to tell you that we are able to take in some more students who are impulsive and want to come to Samnaun from 4th - 10th July 2021. The preparations for these workshops are going strong but of course the most of it is done.

Beim quilten entschied ich mich für parallelle Wellenlinien.
I decided to quilt parallell wave lines.
Die Blöcke sind genäht und an der Designwand, aber so geht es nicht, gefällt mir nicht, keine Spannung: Nichts!
The blocks are sewn and are on the designwall now but I don't like it. There is no excitement: Nothing!
und weiter geht es mit den Vorbereitungen und es macht Spass!
and it goes on with the preparations and it is lot of fun!
