Letztes Wochenende besuchte ich mit Quiltfreundinnen das Festival of Quilts. Nach einer Verspätung (Flug wurde gecancelt) und wir konnten einen zusätzlichen Tag zu Hause verbringen 😢, klappte es dann doch noch und wir konnten 3 statt 4 Tage Birmingham resp. das Festival of Quilts geniessen. Nachfolgend ein paar Impressionen.
Last weekend I visited together with 4 quiltingfjriends the Festival of Quilts. After a delay (our flight got canceled) and we therefore could stay one day more at home 😢, it finally worked and we had 3 instead of 4 days in Birmingham at the Festival of Quilts. Below some impressions.

I'm happy you made another trip to Birmingham! Though, I'm sorry about the flight problem, and shortened trip. It looks like a wonderful show - beautiful quilts! - and no doubt you had a good time with your friends. I know several of the quilters who were there, so it makes me happy to think of you seeing others I am friends with too. Really, quilting is a small world!
